For baguettes in stock

It takes between 48 and 72 business hours to prepare and ship your order. Delivery times will then depend on the carrier chosen.

For custom and out of stock chopsticks

It takes between 48 and 72 business hours to prepare and ship your order. Delivery times will then depend on the carrier chosen.

Transportation

Delivery times are given as an indication and depend on external factors related to transport conditions. ProOrca cannot be held responsible for late delivery and shipping costs cannot be refunded.

We also invite you to take into account the day of the order, as any order placed the day before or during the weekend is prepared and shipped the following business day. This delay cannot be considered a delay.

Tax / customs fees

We are still a small team and have chosen not to cover any potential customs fees that local authorities may charge you.

Similarly, we do not offer VAT exemptions in any area and/or country.
