Behind the scenes of French expertise, tailored for demanding drummers.

How is a ProOrca stick made?

A drumstick is simple at first glance: a piece of wood, turned, sanded, sold in pairs.

But for a drummer, it's much more than that .

It is an extension of the body. The link between the musical idea and the sound. The point of contact between energy and the skin.

And at ProOrca, we never forget that.

That's why every pair that leaves our workshop isn't just an accessory. It's an instrument in its own right.

Why a French brand of sticks?

The market is saturated with "generic" sticks, often mass-produced on the other side of the world, where quantity takes precedence over quality. The result: sticks that break too quickly, vibrate poorly, and lack consistency from batch to batch.

ProOrca is the opposite of this industrial logic.

When Butch – a professional and passionate drummer – took over the brand with Stéphanie Le Beuze , it was to give meaning back to manufacturing.

Do less. But do better.

Create local, mastered sticks , designed for drummers who really want to feel what they are holding between their fingers.

100% French manufacturing, artisanal and rigorous

At a time when the majority of drumsticks are produced in automated factories thousands of kilometers away, we have made another choice : to do everything ourselves, here in France.

This is what allows us to have:

- total control over each step,

- immediate response in the event of a problem,

- and above all, a high level of quality

What we guarantee you

The craftsman behind the sticks

Behind every pair, there are hands. Flavien's, who adjusts the machines, sorts the wood, sands, adjusts, and tests.

At ProOrca, the team is small but committed. It's not an anonymous chain. It's a living workshop , where every member knows the importance of even the smallest detail.

And above all, we are all musicians, or close to the musical world.

We understand your expectations because we experience them ourselves.

And now? It's your turn.

We have presented our way of doing things to you.
Not to brag. Not to storytell.

But to tell you simply: this is what we put in our sticks.

Rigor. Know-how. And above all, respect for the drummer.

So if you're looking for more than a logo...

If you're tired of sticks that vibrate all wrong...
If you still believe that a good instrument is first and foremost a human matter...
