For drumsticks in stock
Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped. Delivery times will then depend on the carrier chosen.
For custom and out of stock drumsticks
Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped. We will notify you by email if there is a longer delivery time. Delivery times will then depend on the carrier chosen.
Transportation
Delivery times are given as an indication and depend on external factors related to transport conditions. ProOrca cannot be held responsible for late delivery and shipping costs cannot be refunded.
We also invite you to take into account the day of the order, as any order placed the day before or during the weekend is prepared and shipped the following business day. This delay cannot be considered a delay.

We are still a small team and have chosen not to cover any potential customs fees that local authorities may charge you.
Similarly, we do not offer VAT exemptions in any area and/or country.

We will take back and refund any defective product that shows no signs of wear or use within 15 days of purchase.
