For sticks in stock

Please allow 48 to 72 working hours for your order to be prepared and shipped. The delivery time will then depend on the chosen carrier.

For custom drumsticks and out-of-stock items

Please allow 48 to 72 business hours for your order to be prepared and shipped. Delivery times will then depend on the carrier you choose.

 

Transport

Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and depend on external factors related to transport conditions. ProOrca cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays and shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Please also take into account the day of the order, as any orders placed the day before and during the weekend are prepared and shipped the next working day. This delay cannot be considered a delay.

Taxes/customs duties

We are still a small team and have chosen not to cover any potential customs duties that may be charged by local authorities.

Similarly, we do not offer VAT exemptions for any area and/or country.
